How it works

Three steps, then it is off your list for good

  1. 1

    Add your company

Create a free account and add the company: state, entity type and formation date. We work out the deadline from the state's rule.

  2. 2

    Save a card

Nothing is charged until the state opens its filing window. We remind you before the charge, and you can cancel any time before it.

  3. 3

We file, you get the confirmation

We prepare and submit the report inside the window, pass the state fee through at cost, and email you the state confirmation number.

Why it matters

A missed report costs far more than the fee

Late fees start the next day
Florida adds $400 the day after May 1. Other states charge a flat penalty, a percentage, or interest that keeps growing until you file.
Then you lose good standing
Banks, lenders, landlords and buyers ask for a certificate of good standing. A lapsed report means the state will not issue one.
Then the state dissolves the company
Administrative dissolution strips the liability protection the entity exists to provide. Reinstatement means every missed report, every penalty and a reinstatement fee on top.
And every state is different
Fixed dates, formation anniversaries, fiscal year ends, every year or every other year, with different fees for an LLC, a corporation and a nonprofit. Our state guides spell out each one.

FAQ

Annual report filing questions

What is an annual report?
A short filing most states require from every LLC, corporation and nonprofit registered there, usually once a year, to keep the state's record of your address, registered agent and officers current. It is not a financial statement. Some states call it a statement of information, periodic report or annual registration.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
Every state charges a late fee, and most will eventually revoke your good standing or administratively dissolve the company. Reinstatement means filing the missed reports, paying the penalties and often a separate reinstatement fee. Florida, for example, adds a $400 late fee the day after the May 1 deadline.
How much does IncCraft charge?
$149 per report, plus the state's own filing fee passed through at cost. The state fee is charged to your card when we file, and you see the current amount before you enroll.
When am I charged?
When your state opens its filing window for the year, not when you sign up. We email you before the charge. If the window is already open when you enroll, we bill the service fee right away and start on that year's report.
Which states do you cover?
All 50 states and Washington DC, for LLCs, corporations and nonprofits. A few states do not require a report from certain entity types, and we will tell you if that applies to you instead of charging you.
I already filed this year. Can I still enroll?
Yes. If the current window is already open, you can tell us you have filed this year and we start with the next cycle.
Can I cancel?
Any time from your account. If a cycle has already been paid for, we still complete that filing.
Do you file annual reports for multiple companies?
Yes. Add each company to your account and enroll them separately. Each one gets its own deadline tracking, reminders and filing.
