  • EIN registration assistance
  • Certificate of status procurement
  • Annual report filing
  • BOIR report preparation and filing

Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Important: State Fees Are Non-Refundable

All state government fees are strictly non-refundable. Once state fees have been paid to any state agency, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances. State governments do not provide refunds for filing fees, even if your application is rejected, withdrawn, or if you change your mind. This is a policy set by the states themselves, not by IncCraft.com.

1. Service Not Yet Started

If you cancel your order before we have begun any work on your behalf, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any transaction processing fees. You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place duplicate orders for the same service, we will refund the duplicate order upon verification.

3. Technical Errors

If a technical error on our platform results in overcharging or incorrect billing, we will refund the difference or the full amount as appropriate.

4. Unable to Complete Service

If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances within our control, we will refund the service fee. This does not include situations where:

  • You provide incorrect or incomplete information
  • Your application is rejected by government agencies due to eligibility issues
  • You fail to provide required documentation
  • Legal or regulatory requirements prevent completion

Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Government Filing Fees: Any fees paid to government agencies are non-refundable as these are third-party charges
  • Expedited Processing Fees: Rush or expedited service fees are non-refundable once expedited processing has begun
  • Completed Services: Services that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable
  • Consultation Fees: Any consultation or advisory service fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred
  • Digital Downloads: Any digital products, templates, or documents that have been downloaded
  • Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription fees after the initial cancellation period

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the circumstances outlined above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number, date of purchase, and the email address used for the order
  3. Explain Your Situation: Clearly describe why you are requesting a refund and which eligible circumstance applies

  5. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days of approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If we have completed some but not all requested services
  • If you cancel a multi-service order before all services are completed
  • If there are non-refundable components (such as government fees) included in your order

The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work already completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Suspension of current services
  • Inability to use our services in the future
  • Collection activities for any services already rendered
  • Additional fees and charges
